This beautiful home is the ideal place to stay for large families with kids, several couples or a group of friends, as with 5 bedrooms and 2.5 bathrooms it has enough space to host up to 14 guests. 3 of the bedrooms including the master suite, have 2 Queen-size beds, with top-quality mattresses and linens so soft, that you will feel like sleeping on a cloud. The other two bedrooms have just one queen-sized bed mattresses, as well as few details they will find entertaining. All rooms have their own style that makes them unique, and the first floor features Smart TVs with local channel service, so everyone can enjoy their favorite show before going to bed.
The master bedroom private bathroom is large and elegant, featuring two sinks, an immense mirror, and glass-door shower, so this would be perfect for the heads of the family that need a private space to relax, and why not? To have some romantic nights. The second floor contains bedrooms which have a private bathroom as well, and there is an additional fully equipped bathroom, so everyone will have their own space and enough time to get ready before going out.
The living room will simply give you that modern sleek vibe we love, with a leather sofa and an armchair strategically located right in front of the fireplace, making it a great place to hang around with some hot chocolate or tea in those cold nights. There is also a 55’ Smart TV in this area, so you can connect to your Netflix account and keep up with your favorite shows or movies.
The kitchen is spacious and it’s fully stocked with everything you’ll need to cook delicious meals for the whole group, whether it is just a quick, simple breakfast, a nice Sunday Brunch, or even a gourmet dinner to pamper them. It has a refrigerator, stove, oven, microwave, kettle, coffee maker, all the kitchenware and tableware. There is a lovely dining table, with 4 elegant chairs that can be used as an eating area...

-Please treat this property like your home. Our team works really hard to keep the space clean. If you are rude/combative towards our cleaning staff, you will be asked to leave.
- Leave the key where you found it at checkout. Please report anything that is broken/missing on your arrival. Loss of key will result in a $200 fine.
- Violating our rule of any extra guests after the total amount listed will result in a $25 fine per person.
- Violations of property management's request to let their leasing staff focus on leasing may have the following repercussions: a) They/I will ask you to leave, with no refund. b) If you or your guests create a disturbance that leads to a lease violation, you will be fined $200. c) If you or your guests create a disturbance that leads to an eviction, you will be fined $1000. In my 10 years managing properties, there has never been a lease violation, please do not change that!
