Being only 10 min away from the Grandscape, Lake Lewisville, and 15 min to the DFW airport, this home is in the perfect location for entertainment, dining out, and water activities! The home is fully renovated featuring 5 bedrooms, 3 full bathrooms, a game room, and a saltwater pool! Perfect for families, large groups, and business travelers.
The space
Our home can comfortably sleep 12 guests and has accessible parking for 5 cars total. There are 3 parking spots in the driveway behind the property and 2 cars can park on the street in front of the house. Our home also has a keyless, touch pad entry to ensure a seamless check-in and check-out.
All rooms have memory foam mattresses.

Parking:
There is room for 3 cars to park behind the house in the driveway. There is also room for 2 cars to be parked on the street in front of the home. Please do not park more than 2 cars out front.

Please note that we do have a pool without a fence on the property. By booking our property, you agree that we are not liable for any incidents that might happen in regard to the pool. If anything should happen, we do not hold responsibility for damages.

• No extra/overnight guests (having additional guests than originally stated in your reservation. If the number doesn't match we reserve the right to cancel your reservation)
• No mail deliveries (unless personally arranged ahead of time)
• No moving/rearranging of the furniture (unless otherwise specified)
• No unplugging of the electronics like TVs, cable boxes, lamps, internet, Roku sticks, etc.
