Walking distance from West village, French and Italian Dinning, Trader Joe's, Apple Store, Starbucks, LA Fitness. Designated 1 covered 1 uncovers parking spots. A new climate system was installed in April of 2020. It is good for professionals and executives.

Included Utilities: Electricity, Internet, water and city. My wife and I are also in health care and used to travel. I do a deep cleaning before any guest moves in.
