The condo complex is a small 15-unit, gated (including parking), very quiet community in what I consider to be the best area of Dallas -- East Dallas. The property has a small pool and a common lounge area. It is right next to historic Swiss Ave a beautiful place for peaceful walks for you (and your pup!). It's around the corner from one of the best bars in Dallas (Cosmos -- which also has some of the best Vietnamese food in the city). Super close to Lower Greenville, which is a food lover's dream. Deep Ellum's food and drink scene are a quick five-minute Uber or bus ride away. It's about as central to everything in Dallas as you can get.
The main bedroom includes a queen size bed and the second bedroom has a full-size bed. Each room has tons of closet space, with modular closet systems installed. The full bathroom has a brand-new frameless glass shower. The downstairs space includes a private patio in addition to the common outdoor areas near the pool.
