Authentically restored 3 Bed 2 Bath near I-30 close to All Attractions Arlington/Grand Prairie has to offer: Six Flags, AT&T Stadium, Epic Water Park, and a short drive to Dallas in 20 minutes or less. This listing is for THE HOUSE ONLY. There's also a GUESTHOUSE in the same lot with its own fenced yard and a private entrance so be aware there will be a neighbor on the property but you would hardly see him/her. Both units are separate with a fence.
The house sleeps 5 guests. Relax in our glamorous 1940s decor and feel like you're living in an old-time movie. 60" HDTV+ Netflix. A huge COVERED patio overlooks a private, fenced backyard. The house has 2 bedrooms with bunk beds and 1 bedroom with a queen bed. Also has 2 complete bathrooms ( one with a shower and another with a tub)
