All pictures shown are areas of the full house you will have private and exclusive access to. This includes the entire house and backyard with four bedrooms, full bathroom, living room, dining room, fully-equipped kitchen, outdoor fire pit, and outdoor slide and swing set.
Tenants are welcome to park in the driveway or on the street. There is plenty of space to work with.
You have to walk through the second bedroom and fourth bedroom in order to access the back deck and backyard.
Upon completing the tenant registration, you must certify that this home is your permanent residence for everyone staying during the dates and times of your stay.
I want to reiterate that you are reserving a whole home with one bathroom, a small kitchen table.

The house rules will be formally enforced and are very important to ensure a great experience for each and every tenant staying with us, so please read them carefully:
➊ The text message chat is the primary method of communication.
➋ If you are coming from the local area, you must communicate with us first before confirming your stay.
➌ The primary user must have a valid and updated phone number on the platform.
➍ Disclosure: A background check will be performed for each stay.
➎ Accurately reporting the number of tenants will be accounted for with outdoor entranceway cameras. It is required that you promptly communicate changes in the number of both tenants staying the night and visitors (total/anytime tenants). No more than 12 individuals are allowed on or in the property at any given time.
➏ No more than 6 vehicles of any kind are allowed to be parked in the immediate vicinity, street, and neighborhood. This is to maintain the character and traffic flow of the neighborhood and will be formally enforced.
➐No excessive noise allowed: this is defined as disruptive noise that can be heard at the neighbor's property line. The noise level will be monitored by a noise-level alert system.
➑ If there is any issue related to your stay, you are required to communicate this promptly to Kingdom Stays and allow a representative of Kingdom Stays to come and fix the issue at any time during the stay.
➒ Always use the cutting board before cutting on the countertop.
➓ There is a $50 late check-out fee unless otherwise communicated. This will not extend your stay and additional charges will incur if a late check out affects the ability to prepare the space for the net tenants.
Important: Smoking is only allowed on the back porch. Immediate cancellation of the stay and a $250 smoking fee is assessed for each day of your stay if smoking of any kind is detected inside or in front of the property whatsoever. This means smoking is NOT allowed in front of the house, front porch, front yard, or driveway. This will be monitored by special smoke-monitoring technology installed within the space and outside entranceway cameras.
Local legislation requires an identity verification process upon arrival. This will come in the form of a quick, easy-to-use, online check-in form that will be done straight from your smartphone. This will also include the rental agreement with all expectations communicated in this listing.
Any fees associated with non-compliance will be required. You must certify that this is the permanent residence of everyone staying during the time of this stay. Not following any combination of these rules can result in being responsible for any costs associated with the disruption of the following stay.
